The Maison Surlyn concept was designed to be the home of DuPont Cosmetic Packaging division and to let the company highlight the variety of possibilities guaranteed by Surlyn.
The space refers to a luxury boutique ideally set in one of the most famous shopping street. The metaphor with a real high end boutique enhances Surlyn® qualities and transforms the visit into an experience that will live in visitors’ memory. Visitors, infact , are involved in the scenery as they walk along the promenade watching shop windows and enter the boutique to find the most refined goods; everything, both inside and outside, is designed to make this location true , in order to cancel the exhibition environment and offer the idea of a real location. The relation between outside and inside, the transition from the street inside the boutique, is stressed with the illusion of a second floor with a roof terrace with green plants.
